1. In order to start the process of formatting, open the command prompt (console) on your computer. In order to do this, press Win + R on the keyboard and in the opened window 'Run' type 'CMD'.
Note. Formatting requires administrator rights ('Run as administrator in context menu' option). If you try to format a disk without it, the access will be denied.
